English meaning of the text
The parcel can be collected by showing the collection code and an identity document.
If another person collects the parcel for you, they also need written permission from you.
The permission must include both your name and the collector's name.
The collector shows their own identity document.

- Lisäksi means in addition. Permission adds a requirement rather than replacing the collection code.
